Pre-Order Policy
OVERVIEW
Products that are not in stock may be available to pre-order for fulfillment at a later date. All pre-order products are identified on the product page with a disclaimer, an “Expected Ship Date” and a “Pre-Order” button.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING
Pre-orders will be fulfilled on or before the listed “Expected Ship Date”. This date can be found listed under the item on your Order Confirmation email. If this date is extended, we will contact you to let you know.
All products in your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
SECTION 2 - PAYMENT
Payment for pre-orders is NOT deferred until the ship date. Your payment method will be charged for all items in your order at the time of checkout, at the price listed at checkout.
SECTION 3 - PRICE CHANGES
As always, we recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on the latest promotions. If a pre-ordered item decreases in price or goes on sale between your date of purchase and the date of fulfillment, you may request a partial refund in the amount of the difference. Please contact us to request a partial refund.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. Please contact us to cancel.
