Cet oreiller a été rembourré avec soin au Canada. Le coussin est rempli de plumes d'oie. Les plumes apportent un grand soutien dans les oreillers, grâce aux tiges des plumes. L’extérieur est fait de coton à fil 255. Le matelassage donne une enveloppe plus épaisse, qui crée un tampon autour de la plume, ce qui rend les tiges de plume moins visibles que dans un oreiller de plumes traditionnel.

Le modèle Mou, offre plus de soutien mais il est plus plat et convient aux personnes qui dorment sur le ventre et sur le dos. Le modèle Moyen est assez ample et offre un bon soutien, et il convient à toutes les positions de sommeil. Le modèle Ferme est bien gonflé et offre une très bonne tenue, il est donc idéal pour les personnes qui dorment sur le côté. Les oreillers en plumes ont plusieurs qualités, mais ils rebondissent plus qu'un oreiller en duvet souple et moelleux.

Disappointing and really wanted to like

We slept on some magnificent Canadian Down & Feather Company pillows on holiday in Whistler Village, BC. Pliable but not sinky, stayed fluffy and did not flatten all night. We are usually sensitive to down or feathers but not these. Combined with the down comforter and being on holiday in the forest it was the best nights sleep ever. We were excited to purchase 2 of these pillows some months later hoping that by the description they were the same pillows we had at the hotel. Sadly, not. These start off firm-ish though soft due to the feathers, but they just flatten completely and harden in the night. The ones in Whistler where soft but firm and not too sinky through the night, so possibly not 100% down... We have tried so many pillows that just go flat and we dont like foam or latex. Pillows cant be returned so it has been quite the waste of money searching for the right pillows : (

I'm so sorry the pillows didn't work out for you! I don't believe we supply pillows to any hotels in Whistler, although it's possible they have purchased some through a distributor. If you can get photos of the sewn-in labels from the hotel, we can figure out which pillows you used there! I will say that hotels don't typically buy these Quilted Feather Pillows, so I'm guessing it was a different model.
You're correct that a pillow that stays firm throughout the night is probably not a down pillow. It is most likely feather or down alternative.
We do recommend giving pillows a good feel when you receive them to ensure they meet your expectations. We can't accept back used pillows, as you mentioned. We can add more fill to your pillows to increase the support level if you're interested! Hope to hear from you soon about an alteration, or to figure out which pillows you used before.

Uncomfortable Pillow

Bought this pillow a year ago and now feathers won't stop poking through the material.
I take great care of the pillow and do right by it but the quality diminishes rather quick.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing this pillow, I find myself plucking feathers out of it quite often.

Hi Brock, Did you reach out to us for help with this issue? Your product comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects, such as leakage. Your pillow is made with feather-proof cotton fabric, and these pillows actually have additional layers / lining to them as part of the quilted shell. Of course, there can be a batch of faulty fabric or some other defect causing the leakage. We'd be happy to take a look at them and provide a repair or replacement accordingly.
Also hoping to hear where you purchased the pillow from, as we don't have a record of an order from you on our website.

The medium density felt like it had almost no stuffing. The quilting was soft. But ultimately had to give it away because it had no support whatsoever

We understand that everyone has different preferences and what may be considered medium to some, may not be considered medium to others! This pillow is also available in a Firm option if you enjoy the feeling of feather but want with more fill and support! If you're looking for something a lot firmer altogether, you may want to try out a different type of fill like memory foam.
