この枕はカナダで丁寧に詰められています。シェルはパリッとした 260 スレッド カウントのコットンです。詰め物は 575 ロフトのグースダウンです。ダウンは小さくふわふわした塊でできているため、ダウン ピローは非常に柔らかく、沈み込み、ふわふわしています。

Not soft at all

I have bought a lot of your pillows over the years and this is my first did. Not soft and the case it comes in is stiff. Big disappointment

Hi Barbara, I'm so sorry to hear this one didn't work out for you. I tried looking up your order, but perhaps you ordered from another retailer? In terms of the cotton shell, it is fairly low thread count (260). The lower the thread count, the crisper and starchier the shell. Fortunately, we have a few other down pillows available in higher thread counts! Are you finding the fill is not soft either? Do you mean that the fill is somehow hard? Or that the pillow is too firm? This is our least full down pillow, and the nature of down is to be soft in feel, so I'd definitely like to investigate this further. Hope to hear back with some more details.

Absolute Best

In my long lifetime, I have had many many down pillows. This goose down pillow is amazing. Top of the line. I was pretty upset that I left my down pillow at a hotel and now having this one, I’m over the loss! Truly, do not hesitate to purchase this pillow. It is on the soft side but lofty. There are no lumps and no feathers sticking out. There is no smell other than crisp and clean. I am a side and stomach sleeper and the pillow is perfect for my neck plus I use it to put over my head/eyes to keep out the light in the morning! It is that light in weight. Wonderful for shaping and cuddling into.

somwhat pricey, but excellent quality

I Ordered a white goose down pillow (medium firm, standard). It was delivered in two days. Excellent service and product quality. Very satisfied. If you like pillows on the softer side and like to see your head sink in to the pillow, this is an excellent choice.

disappointed

I purchased this Goose down pillow. Queen, soft. Was shipped on time. I took the pillow out of the packaging and noticed it looked like it was only part full. I used it first night and had to roll up the end to make it feel more full and give it some support. After doing this, pillow was perfect. Seems that the pillow needs more fill. disappointed as I paid $175 for a part filled pillow.

We're sorry to hear that this pillow didn't work out for you! Based on your review it sounds like a Medium or Firm option may be a better choice for you. The Soft version of the White Goose Down pillow will contain the least amount of fill, is quite low in profile and is generally better suited for front/back sleepers. Side sleepers generally require more support so another option is to look into a pillow that contains feathers. Feathers are springer, sturdier and more supportive than down!
