Summer goose down

Shipping was fast to west coast of USA. The comforter puffed up in about 3 days. I am sensitive to smells that required a week or more of airing out. I tried it ( summer weight) and with our temperatures warming up it was too hot. I expect it will be perfect for the winter temperatures.
I’m very pleased with the construction and the way the cover is attached to the comforter. I’m looking forward to using it once the temperatures cool even though it is rated as summer weight.

Horrible quality

This duvet is of really bad quality. My entire bed is full of the white down material that the duvet is filled with. It even peeps through the duvet cover. And I have these white down material spread all over the bed.

Really bad quality. You guys really need to figure out why the feather and down material from your products keep coming out.

Although the odd few pieces of down can be stuck to the outer shell (down is very static-y and sticks to the outside sometimes), what you're describing does sound more excessive! What an amazing experience I had dealing with this company, with their great customer service with answering my many questions, advice on choosing from their knowledgeable staff to quick delivery that made it in time for Christmas after I ordered it late. I had put a lot of research in my search for the perfect duvet for my mom for Christmas. I looked online and went to many stores. I couldn't believe the differences in prices for duvets and their contents. This product can be purchased from other sellers. After hearing the reasons why buying directly from this company i.e. no shipping costs and free returns, I was sold and bought direct online from them. Buying a duvet is an investment this company had amazing deals and I managed to buy it on sale.
I come from a family of duvet users but this one was an upgrade from feather duvets. I is lush and light and very warm, it fluffed up nicely, no odor and it is quiet. I will continue to use this company again in the future. We are very happy with this purchase, my mom loves it. Thank you.
