Perfect - just as described on the website. I was doubtful at first as it was absolutely flat when I unpackaged it, but it fluffed up over a few days. We sleep in a cool room (16 degrees) and it keeps us toasty warm.

Nous sommes enchantés de ce duvet King XL. Très belle qualité, doux, chaud, léger. Nous l'utilisons avec la couverture assortie et c'est merveilleux. Seul problème: c'est difficile de se lever car le lit est trop comfortable!

New to down, I wondered-doubted my goose down duvet would really keep me warm in my cold, drafty northeast bedroom. I'm thrilled to say it has changed my sleeping life for the better. I also now have two CD&FC down pillows, and they're amazing in their softness while firmness comfort level.

The duvet is perfect, exactly what we wanted and needed. I spent way too long reading over all the very helpful guides on this site and after a lot of comparison, we chose this down duvet over a feather version.

The only thing I was hesitant about was the weight as I like a nice big blanket to sleep. This is so well-fluffed that the weight is not a concern. It is lightweight but SO warm.

Our room gets down to about 17-18C at night (albeit in a dry climate) but this is more than adequate. It is well-constructed, well-sewn, and the warranty gives us a lot of peace of mind. It really is a quality product and we could not be happier with it.

As a woman of a certain age, I've been struggling with my sleep for a few years now. Insomnia and night sweats/overheating have both been issues for me. Then, when I get too hot, I kick off my covers and then I'm too cold. But since receiving this duvet, I've not woken up through the night even once. I have, in fact, slept through my alarm on more than one occasion. I haven't overheated or been too cold once. Not ONCE.

I even just ordered the featherbed to see what that can do for my sleep.

As for particulars:

The loft is incredible. It came to full loftiness in just a couple of days.
I didn't notice any odd smells when unpackaging
The baffling is effective, and each box is light and full.
There has been zero clumping of down
There was a noticeable improvement in comfort immediately.
I got the largest size as it was just a few inches longer and wider than my duvet cover and this was absolutely the way to go. I have corner-to-corner, edge-to-edge coverage in my linen duvet cover and it hasn't shifted.

All in all, I would say that if you're thinking about purchasing, don't wait. You're just denying yourself additional nights of great sleep.
