Using a quilt cover (aka duvet or doona cover) helps keep your quilt clean and protect it from wear and tear. (It also eliminates the need for a top sheet!) This quilt cover has been thoughtfully designed to complement and allow for the maximum performance and longevity of Canadian Down & Feather Company quilts.

The dimensions of the cover match those of your CDFC quilt for a precise fit. The cotton fabric is 300 thread count, single-ply, percale weave, which makes for a light, breathable material that can stand up to many washes. The lightweight fabric and gusseted design allow a down or feather quilt to loft up properly without being weighed down. Proper lofting ensures that the fill performs to its full potential.

The convenient 3-sided zipper makes this product easy to use compared to a traditional quilt cover. The anchoring corner snaps couple perfectly with quilt corner loops to keep the quilt in place. Last, but not least, this product is packaged sustainably with recyclable, biodegradable, and water-soluble materials.

This product should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated closet or room when not in use.

Cleaning Instructions:

Zip your cover fully closed before washing and drying to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.
Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
Tumble dry on low heat.
Iron on low, if desired. Wrinkling is expected after washing high quality cotton products.
Do not bleach.

The fabric of your cover is pre-washed. You may find shrinkage of less than 5% after washing. A small amount of shrinkage will not negatively affect the fit of the product.

Great quality

Love this cover but wish it was a tad smaller. I have an XL queen duvet from here and I find there is a bit of excess fabric. Not too much though. Before I bought this I had it in a queen size cover purchased elsewhere and although I liked how fluffy it was I was overheating at night. This cover makes my sleeps much more tolerable. Assuming it’s a combination of how breathable the material is + duvet not squished into a smaller cover. Overall very happy with this purchase. Reasonably priced for the quality.

I recently stayed at a 5 star hotel in the Boston area that had this brand bedding. I had the most comfortable sleep ever. The duvet and duvet cover felt as if I was sleeping on a bed of gold. As soon as I got home I ordered both the duvet and duvet cover. I couldn’t be anymore pleased. I just ordered a second set.
You won’t be disappointed.

Best Design Ever!

Whoever designed this duvet cover should receive a Nobel Prize. The 3-way zipper makes changing the cover super easy (now a one-person job!) and the zipper itself is good quality; the corner fasteners are easy to use and keep the duvet in place; and the boxed edge construction is a good example of the overall quality of the piece. Seriously wondered about spending this much on a cover, but I will say that it well worth it!

In love with the 3- sided zipper for easy on and off! High quality construction and beautiful fabric.
